500+ Registered Prescribers
May 2026 Soft Launch
Provider Driven Feedback, Features & Adoption

SHARONVILLE, Ohio, August 28, 2026 — PharmacyLive announced that its Provider Portal has surpassed 500 registered prescribers only months after its May soft launch, with providers playing an increasingly active role in both adoption and development of the platform.

Since launch, prescribers have been recommending PharmacyLive to colleagues, asking additional pharmacies to offer the platform and submitting feature requests based on the way they actually work with patients and compounding pharmacies.

PharmacyLive's development team has been able to take that direct provider feedback and quickly turn many of those requests into new workflows and platform improvements.

“What has been most exciting isn't just reaching 500 prescribers. It's that providers are actively helping us build the product. They send us ideas, tell other providers about PharmacyLive and ask for features that make their day easier. Our development team can take that feedback and continue improving the portal very quickly.”

Providers Are Helping Shape What PharmacyLive Builds Next

PharmacyLive was designed to evolve around real provider and pharmacy workflows rather than requiring users to adapt to a rigid prescribing system.

Direct Feature Requests

Prescribers regularly provide suggestions for new workflows and improvements, giving the development team direct insight into what providers need.

Fast Product Improvements

Provider and pharmacy feedback can move directly into development, allowing PharmacyLive to continually refine the portal as adoption grows.

Provider Referrals

Prescribers are introducing PharmacyLive to colleagues and encouraging other practices to use the platform.

Requests to Pharmacies

Providers are also asking pharmacies they work with whether PharmacyLive can be made available to their practice.

Prescriber Signature Queue

Feedback has helped shape workflows that allow providers to review, edit, sign or decline prescriptions awaiting their authorization from one queue.

Connected Clinical Workflow

Providers are increasingly asking for PharmacyLive to connect directly with the clinical systems they already use every day.

Prescribers Are Asking Their EMRs for PharmacyLive

Interest in deeper connectivity is also beginning to come directly from providers. Some prescribers are opening requests and support tickets with their electronic medical record vendors asking for PharmacyLive to be added or supported within their existing EMR workflow.

PharmacyLive is actively working toward deeper EMR connectivity, with the goal of allowing providers to move more naturally between their patient record and PharmacyLive without unnecessary duplicate entry or disconnected systems.

The long-term vision is simple: PharmacyLive should fit into the provider's existing workflow instead of asking the provider to change the way they practice.

Built With the People Who Use It

While PharmacyLive continues adding automation, prescription accuracy tools, electronic records, signature workflows and pharmacy integrations, the company's focus remains on listening closely to the providers and pharmacy teams using the platform every day.

The rapid growth to more than 500 registered prescribers has given PharmacyLive a growing community of users who are actively influencing the direction of the platform.

Thank You to Our Providers and Pharmacy Partners

PharmacyLive thanks the prescribers, clinic teams, pharmacists and pharmacy staff who have supported the early rollout, shared ideas, reported issues and helped shape the Provider Portal.

Many of the improvements being released today started with a conversation or feature request from a provider or pharmacy partner. Their feedback continues to play a direct role in what PharmacyLive builds next.
